Edwardian house, LONDON

This house is such a lovely family home. When it was purchased it was a mess as well as there not being any pluming or electrics working, however the bones of a kitchen were there and we worked around that! Luckily, many original features has been left, although painted or clad over. On a modest budget, the house layout was tweaked, openings made, gutted and put back together. Each fireplace was gently removed and restored, plasterwork matched where missing and restored where damaged.
This house gave the young family so much space and freedom to live and play in.
It will always be a favourite and was a joy to work on.
