A library of curiosities

A wonderful project in a grade II listed house, for a family wanting a grown up living room to show off and display rare Chinese antiques, art and books.

The room needed new electrics and the original fire surround had been removed. We did a complete overhaul of the room, uncovered the original wooden floor and designed a bespoke ‘Library of curiosities,’ sourced and refurbished an antique surround and furniture to work in the space. The hallway was also redesigned and restored creating a smart dramatic entrance and staircase.
